1. STRATEGIZE

We meet to discuss your needs, budget, and goals, then research where your marketing will be most effective and present a strategy that that will put your marketing dollars to work with the goal of facilitating measurable growth in your business. We will also take a look at how your business is organized, and what process your customer’s go through in order to receive your product or service.

2.  ORGANIZE

Once we’ve agreed upon a strategy, we move into this next step. It includes creating a sales funnel for your business and a schedule to consistently show up and serve your target customer, whether that’s through email marketing, print or social media ads, social media posts, postcards, mailers (to your current customer base), and so on. It also includes putting a plan in place to organize the back end of the business to create a system that streamlines your process in delivering your product or service to your customers making your business more profitable.

3. IMPLEMENT

We will take it from there, following the schedule we’ve created together, and providing weekly updates to keep you informed on upcoming projects and any in progress. Marketing is only successful if the efforts are measured. Once a quarter we will meet with you to discuss the metrics and make any necessary changes to ensure that your marketing dollars are working effectively and efficiently.

Once the up-front work is complete you can enjoy additional time and peace of mind, knowing that the hard work of marketing is in capable hands and no longer your sole responsibility.

We will discuss what platforms and/or publications you would like to appear in. Then we’ll present a few different options for you to choose from. Once that’s complete we’ll create a schedule and get started on the designs and/or posts.

CAN I GET A SYSTEM SETUP THAT I DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT AND THINGS WILL AUTOMATICALLY HAPPEN?

Absolutely! We understand that your time is valuable and that you need your marketing to be automated, that’s why we are here! We’ll give you the chance to request changes each week and will proceed with submitting everything even when we don’t hear from you.
